Your reading cannot be prepared until we have the information required to create it.

03 — We Prepare Your Reading

Your personalized astrology reading is created based on the birth information you provide and the reading you've selected.

04 — Check Your Inbox

Your completed reading will be delivered via email within 24 hours of receiving your complete birth information.

Nothing Will Be Shipped

NERAVIA readings are entirely digital.

You will not receive a physical book, package, printed document, or other physical item unless a product specifically states otherwise.

Your reading will arrive directly in your email inbox.

When Does the 24-Hour Period Start?

The 24-hour delivery period begins after we receive your complete birth information.

If information is missing or incomplete, we may need to contact you before we can begin preparing your reading.

To avoid delays, please double-check your information when placing your order.

If more than 24 hours have passed since you provided your complete birth information:

3. Make sure you provided the correct email address.
4. If you still can't find your reading, contact us and we'll help you locate it.
